That’s right, darlings, tonight’s the night — the opening party of our month-long exhibition of comics. Do come. Pigeon comic strip writer Babak Ganjei of the bands Wet Paint and Absentee is playing live; No Pain In Pop, ourselves and Kent Able will be DJing; there’ll be free beer; and loads of gorgeous artwork.

All going on from 7.30pm at: Orbital Comics, 8 Great Newport Street, London, WC2H 7JA

It’s really been a pleasure getting together the work for this. On the walls will be full-page strips from the paper, cartoons, fake ads and visual gags from throughout our six-year history alongside plenty of original artwork, line drawings, sketches and storyboards.
